研究领域
      随着中国进入老龄化社会和城镇化发展,农业机械化生产是未来趋势。但是在机械化播种中,由于幼苗出土的整齐性和存活率较低,造成大量种子损失,并严重影响了农作物的精细分布。
      实验室致力于研究拟南芥与大豆对于陆地土壤环境的适应性,集中研究种子在土壤中萌发,幼苗向上生长破土而出,以及出土后见光变绿存活的分子调控机制
相关研究成果发表在Cell,Molecular Cell,PNAS,Science Advances等主流学术期刊上。

主要研究内容有:
      1)不同土壤环境对植物种子萌发,幼苗生长发育及出土存活的调控机理;
      2)出土过程中多种环境因子与植物内源激素共同调控幼苗形态建成的分子网络;
      3)叶绿素合成,叶绿体发育,与幼苗抗光氧化损伤分子机制;
      4)植物机械压力感知与应答(植物触觉)的分子信号传导通路。
