主要工作:

1 -受体激酶调控作物抗病的分子机制

以小麦、番茄为研究材料,通过生物信息学、遗传学、生物化学和结构生物学等研究方法,鉴定植物免疫调控肽信号及受体,解析肽-受体结构基础,分析肽-受体调控作物广谱抗病的作用机理,为开发肽类作物免疫诱抗剂和作物抗病分子育种提供理论基础。

 

2、作物-病原菌互作的分子机理

围绕小麦-茎基腐病、小麦-细条病、番茄-晚疫病互作等为研究对象,揭示作物感受病原微生物激活抗病反应和病原菌致病的分子机制。
