桑青,遗传学博士,入选国家高层次人才青年项目,山东省“泰山学者”青年专家。2018年在德国马克斯普朗克植物育种研究所获得遗传学博士学位。2018-2019年在德国马克斯普朗克植物育种研究所做博士后。2019-2022年在美国加州大学河滨分校做博士后。2024年,北京大学现代农业研究院研究员。研究方向是株型调控和产量形成。构建了花期对环境不敏感的突变体,并解析内源性花期调控因子CHR4的分子作用机理。阐明了miR172/AP2在茎顶端分生组织时空特异性调控形态建成。发现了miR156/SPL9通过内源信号响应外界环境变化来调控避荫反应和热形态建成。阐明了PHYB直接调控PIFs的转录活性从而更精确的调控光形态建成。在Nature Communications, The Plant Cell, New Phytologist等国际著名期刊发表论文十多篇。长期围绕光照、温度以及盐碱、干旱等非生物胁迫条件调控大豆株型和产量形成,挖掘并克隆与这些农艺性状相关的关键基因,为培育高产稳产大豆品种提供理论基础并创制丰富的种质资源。
