课题组介绍

1、研究方向

作物重要农艺性状的多组学解析及精准分子设计育种

2、研究内容

通过开发多组学整合与基因挖掘新平台,系统解析作物复杂性状的调控网络及其演化规律,揭示作物产量、品质与抗逆性协同平衡的分子机制,从而驱动分子设计育种的范式革新。研究重点包括:

1)复杂性状的调控组学基础:解析小麦等作物在转录、翻译及表观遗传等多层次的动态调控网络图谱,系统揭示产量和品质与抗逆性之间动态平衡与协同增效的分子机制;

2)重要性状的演化规律:从进化生物学角度追溯作物关键性状的起源、变异与演化,阐明基因网络变异驱动环境适应与性状形成的规律;

3)多组学辅助基因发掘与设计育种:开发高效的多组学数据整合与基因挖掘新平台,构建融合演化智慧和调控逻辑的智能设计育种新范式。

3、主要研究成果:

通过开发多个原创性多组学分析工具,建立小麦等作物基因进化的系统研究框架和全景图,构建小麦复杂农艺性状的转录和翻译调控组学图谱,揭示小麦发育和适应性的调控机制和遗传基础,形成一套高效的数据驱动的作物功能基因精准发掘和智能育种体系。
